60 days grace period for Expats in Kuwait (Via Arabtimes)
The Public Authority for Manpower is currently preparing for the issuance of a decision to allow expatriate workers, registered in companies whose files are under code 71 due to certain violations, to transfer their residence permits, reports Al-Anba daily quoting reliable sources.
Sources disclosed these expatriates will be granted a 60-day grace period to legalize their status, confirming that the Manpower Protection Sector at the authority is in the process of identifying the actual number of expatriate laborers covered by the decision.
