Fashionista Sentenced to Two Years with Hard Labor in Kuwait with a fine of 2,000.000 KD

Halima Boland, a prominent personality, faced accusations of immorality and misuse of telecommunications devices, charges linked back to certain photos and video clips she shared. According to court documents, the plaintiff alleged that Boland’s shared content incited immorality and debauchery through her personal photos and videos transmitted over the phone.
In a twist to the case, Boland had also filed a counter-complaint against the plaintiff, accusing him of insulting her and misusing communication devices.
