Locations within Mina Abdullah, Kabad, Sulaibiya and Jahra areas will be allocated for constructing bachelor accommodations based on a decision issued by the Ministers Council after it received several complaints from families about the presence of thousands of bachelors in the residential areas, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
