15 KD fine for bikers

He noted traffic officers will impound vehicles for a maximum of two months for wrong parking,

while bikers will pay KD 15 fine for not wearing helmet.

The law affects drivers driving without seat belts or those carrying passengers in the front passenger seat who do not wear seat belts, as well as making phone calls by hand while driving.
