Security and legal sources noted the committee for legal affairs completed its study on the proposed increase of residency fees and referred its report to the Cabinet. However, proposal to increase the value of traffic violations is still with the committee due to some obstacles watered down in coordination with the new Transport Affairs Authority to prevent overlapping and contradictory measures.
