17 new electronic services launched

The egovernment portal has collected KD 38 million from January to June 2017, compared to the KD 51 million collected in 2016.

They said statistics on the portal reveal that the most frequently used services are civil-ID related inquiries and payment of violations, as well as queries on travel ban and filed cases.

The sources explained that the government authorities recently launched 17 new electronic services. It offers electronic payment for 16 items, including the recently-launched services such as subscription for bus service of Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET),

service for electronic inquiries and payment of environmental violations, buying the book of terms and conditions for Environmental Consulting Offices besides other services.
