According to a recent report by Arab Times, quoting Al-Shahed daily “,Ministry of Interior is studying the possibility of granting grace period to expatriates who have violated the law in order for them to rectify their positions and leave the country, reports quoting informed sources” ( Arab Times Nov 4 2014).

Everyone should be punished. Those kind of ppl staying illegally that they knew Kuwait govt will give amnesty always.
So put all of them to jail
