My girl friend is in Morocco , Please let me go

Police at the Kuwait International Airport have arrested a Kuwaiti and handed him over to the Psychiatric Hospital, reports Al-Shahed daily.

According to the daily the man was arrested when he entered the departures lounge and asked the officers to allow him to go to Morocco to meet his girlfriend.
