   I also request u to put fine every person or every ccompany's that r putting the company and the personal mobile numbers on the traffics signal board or u can also call on traffic signal polls or u can also call them traffic pillars shall also be charged fine in a very special way. Thanks

    Yes its a good decision bcoz I have seen lots of visiting card also posted on bus stop market places electricity transformer box and government seaside seating chairs all so, so the fine must be given to all citizens or tourist or visited people in Kuwait from other countries also and the fines should be given in double specialy to those that put the poster in government places like bus stop .electricity department places school walls bus stops and any tourist area u should charge them in double fines
