Indian Woman raped in Jleeb , Kuwait
A Sri Lankan expatriate raped an Indian woman and tried to force her into prostitution, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to a security source, the victim lodged a complaint at Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station, informing securitymen that the suspect had offered her a good job in a company and requested her to go with him to his apartment to fill an application form.
However, he raped her and urged her to have sex with others for which she was to charge money and split it with him. When she refused his proposal, he beat her severely, causing injuries, which have been specified in a medical report submitted to the police station. Investigations have been launched to find and arrest the Sri Lankan suspect.
