I am sure this is in 1970 only, as the buildings (in Shara Jahra) seen in the video were there in 1970. About Kuwait Towers, it was not shown in the video at all, so no question when it was 'inaugrated'

this is not in 1970, there was no big buildings and plants as there in video.. and this kuwait towers was inagurated in 1977 so how it can be in 1970 ????
