Working hours for ladies in Kuwait ( Article 22 )

It is prohibited to employ women at night during the period from 10pm to 7am. This excludes hospitals, sanatorium, private treatment homes and establishments in respect of which a resolution by the minister of social affairs and labor shall be issued, The employer shall, in all cases referred to in this article, provide them with all security requirements as well as transportation means from and to workplace.

Ramdan : The working hours during the holy month of Ramadan shall be executed from the provisions of this article

    nope.. sick leaves cannot be accumulated, pag di mo cya nagamit in a year, it will just be forfeited.. kya kung may sakit ka, dpat tlga hingin mo yung sick leave mo, karapatan mo yun, marami kc company daming cheche bureche pag hihingi k ng sick leave..

    How about our company they are not paying our sick leave ang other benifits… we are working in school as a school attendant but our salary is 120,but yes we are free accomodation and transfortation…and if during ramadan they let us work in another company desame caterring service then our salary to that catering service they are the one who will take the nthey will give as our salary desame there salary giving to us…i just deciated to renew my contract because they will not give us realist even we are finish contract 2 years…how if after i finish my 3 years here is there a chance that even they want or not i can take my reliest here?because salary of 120kd it is not enougth desame me i have 2 kids studying in the philippines…pls pm me so that i will know what i will do….
