National and liberation days holidays 2016
As per Kuwait Times, The Civil Services Commission (CSC) submitted a directive to the Cabinet pertaining the upcoming national and liberation days holidays,
said informed sources, noting that CSC’s directive included only three days off as the two days will fall on Thursday, Feb 25 and Friday, Feb 26, considering Saturday, Feb 27 as a substitute for Friday. “This way, Sunday, February 28 will be a normal official working day,” said the sources.
Commenting on the possibility that Sunday would be given as a day off, the sources reminded that the Cabinet had already done so, giving Sunday, Jan 3 off instead of Friday, Jan 1.
