MP Sultan Al-Shimiri has presented a proposal to allow employees to cash their unused annual leave days provided the leave days do not exceed one month per year.
He pointed out this proposal will serve the interests of citizens as it will help them cope with the rising cost of living. He said the continuous increase in the prices of goods is considered a burden to citizens whose sources of income are no longer enough to meet their urgent or emergency needs.
