The Ahmadi police have arrested a Kuwaiti a.k.a. ‘pink panther’ and impounded his pickup wagon painted pink upon orders of the Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs, Major-General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources the Kuwaiti (born in 1997) was driving the vehicle without a number plate, endangered lives of others with reckless driving and making stunts.
