Hello…It's not thrown away notes..poor guy's baggage was opened and cash flew..on roads due to heavy breeze. .and me and my office colleagues were there to help and around 5 other volunteers were there to help the stranger and everyone was honest to give him his money…The man was really sad…and couldn't know what to do…because of we and other volunteers he could get back those money…
