Transferring visa from Private Sector Project to Government Project

I came to Kuwait (in 1998) on a MEW project visa and after that I changed many companies but remained on the same project visa. Last year, however, I changed my company (from a government project to the private sector — industrial) Now I have again got a better offer from a government project/ contracting company.

Please advise me whether my visa can be transferred or not (from the private sector to a government project visa)?

I am asking this question because my new company sponsor’s mandoob (company representative) says that my residence cannot be transferred because when I entered Kuwait for the first time it was on a government project visa.

Answer: No, the company representative is wrong. It’s the other way around because you can transfer at any time to a government project residence.

There is no bar on the time nor are any restrictions as mentioned by the mandoob. If the mandoob keeps insisting on his stand the best thing would be to get a clarification from the Legal Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.

    Kindly any clear my issues I came house work visa 20 then i can change company private visa 18 and I'm worked same company more than one year how long I can works this company someone talk about to me 3 years its true or no my contract visa one year only please clear my doubt

    Its possible. ..you just have to pay 300 kd to shown via mandube.he will bring one papper from shawn and that's it….many of my friends have same case…but now everyone has been done

    I am work in one company 5 years but I took release this month my company also give and I finished every thing in court (shogun )take my clearance from olde company starting works at new company after this my new company go to issued civle ID They told to my company he can't Chang b/c he is project visa so they told me you can go previous company or u can cancel and go your country we send you new privat visa but my country not yet open visa to Kuwait and I don't want to go priviouse company please guys is any one advise me or show me the way how the project visa to change private sector ???

    How about 20 visa.. how can I transfer it to 18 .do I need to go Philippines then come back with the new visa 18 ..or may employers can transfer it anytime to 18 without going back to Philippines? . Please help me to answer my question. .
