Pay KWD 3,000 to passenger for flight delay , Kuwait

delayed-flightThe Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Ahmad Abu Al-Zaid ordered an airline company to pay a Kuwaiti citizen compensation of KD 3,000 for delaying his flight, which upset him because he lost one day of his leave. Attorney Ali Al-Ali said the citizen had booked a flight from Kuwait to Kuala Lumpur via Abu Dhabi but the flight was postponed to the next day and he lost his flight from Abu Dhabi to Kuala Lumpur. He also lost one day of his leave and the charges for the hotel room he booked for that day.

    Hi, I lost a day and money on FlyDubai delay. They say in Kw that they only sell tickets, not represent FD.
    How do I file complaint, to whom in Kw. I am from Europe, MD.

    I booked my ticket with air Arabia for today and when I went to catch my flight the airline company informed me that there was technical problem with the airlines, no idea if they were telling the truth but have lost around 4 days of my annual leave since I can't travel at that time. These airline companies need to be taught a lesson

    Hope the decision of the honorable court is applied to every passenger . I had so many experiences with Kuwait airways which is always delayed in its flight to and from the Philippines… It is not only inconvenient to us as Passengers, cause it will not only delay our flights to and from The Philippines, we also subsequently lost our connecting flights t our respective destinations… We didn't only lose a day for the flight, so also money cause our tickets for the connecting flights to our respective destinations is also lost and will never be reimbursed by the airline company back home.
