Kuwait’s Budding Talent shines at Emirates Litfest

Students from Gulf English School, Kuwait pulled off a remarkable skit at the Dubai Festival City Mall gathering applause and praise alike. Abdul Aziz, Arnav Lele, Fatima and Lojain of Year 9 performed from Disney’s collection of stories which included Goldilocks, Hansel & Gretel, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Princess and the Frog, The Ugly Duckling amongst other. The script was set in a modern time frame, giving a fun and comic twist to all the short tales including a rap as well as their own version of a remixed song.

The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature held from 3^rd – 7^th March 2015, is the Middle East’s largest celebration for promoting the love for reading and writing amongst children and adults alike and bringing together the world’s finest authors to share their love for literature.
