An unidentified Kuwaiti and a Syrian woman have been arrested and detained at a police station for committing indecent acts inside a parked car in Hawalli, reports Al- Rai daily.
The daily added, the arrest came after the guard of a building saw a car parked behind the building and saw people moving inside and reported the incident to the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior.
