Illegal plastic surgery of men and women in Kuwait

Personnel from the General Department for Residence Affairs have arrested three Asians for conducting plastic surgery on men and women, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily said the suspects were using fake social networking website accounts to advertise their trade. In a press statement, the Department for Public Relations at the Ministry of Interior said the suspects are not qualified.

The suspects were caught red-handed. They have been referred to the concerned authorities.
