The General Traffic Department is looking for the vehicle and the motorist who is seen driving a vehicle with the door open and loaded with some household materials, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, this came when the video clip of the incident went viral. A security source said five citations will be issued against the motorist – driving with the car door open, posing risk to other motorists, obstructing traffic on public road, carrying goods for which it is not specified and endangering his life and the life of others.
