Finally Sky-diving is in Khiran, Kuwait too, so far they are accepting the reservations by phone # 22430501/ 65566226 and costs 160 KD per jump. Soon they are starting the course of two weeks which contain 9 to 10 jumps  and after that you would be able to do jump from plane by yourself.
