24 consecutive hours rest for employees ( Article 67 )
24 consecutive hours rest for employees after six days of work in a week, unless there is need to engage employees during the weekend. In that case, the employee is entitled to at least 50 percent above normal daily wage, while the employer should compensate him with another day off in the following week.
It indicates that this provision does not affect the right of employees to daily wages and holidays, such that it should be considered in the calculation of his salary.

What about indemnity law
That law is great ,but they should make sure that all Employer/Company will follow that rules specially in a private Company .. am working with 13 hours a day ,no OT pay ,or i should they are giving anything to thier employee .day off half day only twice a month ..
12hrs working…105kd/month….No off….No health benifits…No iniciatives….No good lodgeing….pay money for middle man for everything sucks life…

1st implement in kuwait 8 hour's duty in all govt and pvt companies
all Labour company's don't making 90 of basic salary pls noticed the issue

Has was those working home (kadama). They're not exercising any of those. A friend of mine working 5 yrs but no day off and need to leave for that situation. One more 5yrs working also only given day off new year or December for vacation. But not having 1 day a week.
Hope those concern will be given an action. Fair compensation and work benefit for all to mention the nationality.
