Security operatives embarked on a campaign in Farwaniya leading to arrest of 129 expatriates from various nationalities for residency law violations.
The campaign took several hours as security officers blocked the entries and exits to the area and mounted checkpoints to prevent violators from escaping. All suspects have since been referred to concerned authorities for necessary action.
