First time give worening then start to 5 kd
Parking lots must be monitored, as such offences are always carried out in 200fils open parking lots built on street corners
as the one at the entrance of Salem Al Mubarak Street in Salmiya, where irresponsible and unethical car owners just empty their cigarette ash trays of plastic bags on to the tarmac.
How much fine is for Road crossing in wrong way
Minimum 500 kd and jail one week
Increase more 5kd is not enough to keep kuwait clean put more charges who ever throw garbage anywhere..
