Fake notes in market

The Directorate-General of Criminal Investigation is looking for a gang which has allegedly pumped into the Kuwait market forged banknotes in the KD 10 and KD 20 denominations, reports Al-Anba daily quoting security sources.

The sources have called on people to be careful especially when dealing with fuel stations, some shopping centers and even grocery stores. A security source said this came after the Interior Ministry received several reports about unknown persons who are promoting counterfeit Kuwaiti currency.
