A support group to help individuals achieve their personal goals. In each gathering there is a short presentation about a personal development topic, then participants get to share the goals they want to work on for the upcoming week (a habit they want to develop or a task to complete). In the next gathering, participants exchange their experiences of what worked for them and what didn’t, so they can improve for the next week. Gatherings are held every Saturday at 11:30 AM, at Sirdab Lab.
