The Public Authority for Manpower is considering allowing the transfer of work permits for laborers of the agricultural, industrial, shepherding and fishing sectors with the approval of their sponsors.

For this service, the authority is planning to charge KD 300, reports Al-Shahed daily quoting informed sources. They explained that the laborers will be allowed to transfer their sponsors but within the same sector.

After this decision is implemented, all transfer requests in this regard will be referred to a special committee in the headquarters of the authority in Jabriya area where they will be studied and accordingly approved or rejected.

The sources indicated that the Public Authority for Manpower earlier issued a decision to allow the transfer of work permits for private sector employees after one year of service and with the approval of their employers.

Except for the laborers of the agricultural, industrial, shepherding and fishing sectors, the one year service condition is exempted for employees recruited from overseas, if their employers agree.

My Visa is 18 number, but Majra Visa. I m came in kuwait 06/July/2014, My first kuwaiti visa finish 06/July/2015. After that my kuwaiti changed. Now my visa under 2nd kuwaiti. Article 18 Majra. My Visa now going to expired in this 25 July 2016. Its possible to transfer to Company.
Kindly advise .., mazra visa transfer to company visa under above transfer ?

Labor Monthly salary only 60 kd if they want change company they have to pay 300 kd omg where they get 300 kd its very bad rules maybe in this world
The best thing is to do, you go to Shoon, and put the complaint against your company. Tell them ( in shoon ) about ur issues , as per KUWAIT labor law is any employee can take the transfer after 2 years and already you have spent 4 years. I hope this you'll get some idea from now .
Bro…don't u have seen that its is transferred only in same sector …it's means Mazra to mazra… If u want pakka detail's u can get information through advocate…. It's not going to change..
