Issuing visas for companies seeking to recruit manpower from abroad is currently closed pending new regulations to organized the process.
Dousary confirmed earlier this month that the recruitment door will be reopened early next year.

If the sho-on give a release to the worker..and he has employer already..do we need to secure a signature or approval from the old company to have a valid visa? Please help

Yes, may work permit ka na eh. Then pagdating mo stamping ng visa mo sa passport. Ganon lang, pero dadaan ka pa ng medical dito kung okay ang health mo.Kung walang problema sa x-ray, blood test saka kapa vi-visa-han.Di ka mag start sa work hanggang di pa clear lahat. More or less 2 to 3 weeks depende sa bilis ng process ng papers.

Article 18 is work permit and in this post we are discussing about the same that hiring from outside Kuwait (under article 18) is currently stopped. Please check with your friend before you decide anything and don't plan anything you have confirmation cos in Kuwait, rules change so frequently. Also don't try to come to Kuwait on any different visa which means don't take any decision in desperation else you will stuck in a "what to do now" situation. -

u need to book a hotel and stay there for 2 nights and that hotel will be the one to issue u a visa for a time period stay ..u can search different hotels who do that..i did my research and other ppl informed me abt it :D..
