A 26-year-old Kuwaiti female teacher has filed a complaint with the Fintas Police Station accusing a 9-year-old Kuwaiti schoolboy of beating her on her hand several times and breaking her finger, reports Al-Anba daily.
The teacher has submitted a medical report according to which it will take 21 days for her to recover. The student may be referred to the Juvenile Prosecution.
