Article 92: Statistical Reporting

Employers must regularly send statistics on work injuries and work-related diseases to the Ministry of Health.
Official text of Article 92
Every employer shall provide the Ministry of Health with statistical statements about work injury accidents and occupational diseases that took place at his firm on a periodic basis. The Minister shall issue a resolution fixing the necessary time period for submission of such statistics.
