Article 89: Insurance Terms

If work-injury insurance under the Social Security Law applies to a worker, those rules replace the injury rules in the following articles for that worker.
Official text of Article 89
Upon obtaining the opinion of the Upon the enforcement of the work injuries insurance terms & conditions as per the Social Security Law, these provisions – with regard to the insured who are subject to this insurance – shall replace the provisions stipulated in the following Articles in relation to the work injuries and occupational diseases.
