Article 17: Training Wages

If your company sends you for training, inside or outside the company, it must pay your full salary during the training.

SituationAhmed’s company sends him on a 2-month course abroad and says it won’t pay salary because he isn’t working.
What the law saysThe company must pay his full salary for the whole training period, inside or outside the company.
