Article 110: Legal Representation in Disputes

An employer can allow one or more union board members to spend time handling union matters with the Labour Department and other authorities.
Official text of Article 110
An employer may dedicate one or more members of the trade union or federation board of directors for following up the trade union affairs with the labor department or the competent authorities in the country.
