Article 103: Compliance with Laws

Unions, workers and employers must follow Kuwait’s laws and stay within the objectives in their rules.
Official text of Article 103
All labourers, employers, and their organizations, upon enjoying the rights provided for in this Chapter, shall observe all the applicable laws in the country like all other organized entities; and they shall practice their activity within the limits of the objectives stated in the articles of association of the organization without any violation on or deviation from the limit of the establishment of these objectives.
