Article 102: Incorporation Documents

The new union’s board must submit its founding documents to the Ministry within 15 days. The union legally exists once the Minister approves it.
Official text of Article 102
The elected board of directors shall, within 15 days from the date of its election, deposit the organization incorporation documents with the Ministry. The legal entity of the organization shall be proved as from the date of issue of the Minister's decision approving its incorporation after the deposit of the duly completed documents with the Ministry.
