Article 106: Formation of General Federation

Unions can join together to form one general federation for workers, and employers can form one general federation, following the same procedures as for unions.
Official text of Article 106
The declared federations under the provisions of this law may form among them a general federation provided that there shall not be more than one general federation for each of the labourers & employers. Upon forming the federations & the general federation, the same procedures related to trade unions' formation should be followed.
