5 years imprisonment and 50,000 KWD fine
The Cabinet Ministers decided approval of a draft law amending Article 17 of Law No. 8 of 1969 with the health and preventive needs of communicable diseases, which aims to increase the penalty for those who violate the provisions of this law or the decisions implementing it by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months, and a fine not exceeding five thousands of dinars, or one of these two penalties, as well as the severity of the penalty for anyone who violates the decisions mentioned in Article 15 of this law related to the epidemic of imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not more than thirty thousand dinars , Or one of these two penalties. .

Power supply cut to 370 buildings housing bachelors

Kuwait adds new countries to its home quarantine list
The Ministry of Health updated its list for citizens and expats who arrived from countries infected by coronavirus are subjected to home quarantine. Following are the countries: United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Switzerland.
