Assistant Undersecretary for Water Network Operation and Maintenance at Ministry of Electricity and Water Eng Khalifa Al-Fraih revealed that 19,000 text messages were sent to consumers in the last ten months from Jan 1 to Oct 31, reports Al-Rai daily.
