Police have arrested a Kuwaiti woman and her compatriot boyfriend — who is believed to be deaf and dumb — for robbing expatriates at knifepoint, reports Al-Rai daily.

Studies on the Metro Project completed
Director General of Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport Engineer Hamad Al-Hesan said the authority has completed necessary studies on Kuwait’s Metro Project, reports Al-Qabas daily.
