In simple words

To repay a loan or debt you owe your employer, no more than 10% of your salary can be deducted each month, and no interest can be charged. All deductions together (including court-ordered family support) cannot be more than 25% of your salary, and family support is paid first.

Example

Deductions to repay a company loan

Situation

Ahmed borrowed 500 KD from his company. His salary is 300 KD and the company wants to deduct 100 KD a month.

What the law says

Loan repayments to the employer are limited to 10% of salary (30 KD a month here), with no interest. All deductions together (including court-ordered alimony) can’t exceed 25%.
