Article 36: Approval of Penalty Regulations

The employer’s penalty rules must be approved by the Ministry before they are used. The Ministry can change them to make sure they follow the law.
Official text of Article 36
The employer shall approve the penalties rules & regulations, before their application, by the Ministry. The Ministry may amend these regulations according to the nature of the firm activity or work conditions in such a way which is in line with the provisions of this law. The Ministry shall present these regulations to the competent organization, if any. If there is no competent organization, then the regulations shall be referred to the General Union in order to give its remarks and proposals on these regulations.
