Article 150: Implementation of the Law

The Government is responsible for applying this law. It took effect from the date it was published in the Official Gazette (February 2010).
Official text of Article 150
The Prime Minister and Ministers, each within his jurisdiction, shall implement this law which shall be operative as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
