Article 143: Formation of Consultant Committee

The Minister sets up an advisory committee on labour affairs, with representatives of the Ministry, employers and workers, to give opinions on issues he refers to it.
Official text of Article 143
A Consultant Committee for Labour Affairs shall be formed by a resolution by the Minister consisting of representatives of the Ministry, Manpower Restructuring & State Executive Body Program, Employers & Labourers organizations and whoever the Minister deems appropriate, whose task is to give opinions on the issues presented to it by the Minister. The resolution shall also issue the necessary procedures for inviting the committee for meeting, work therein and how to issue its recommendations.
