The price of diesel and kerosene will increase by five fils to become 110 fils per liter in September, reports Al-Nahar daily quoting a source from the Subsidy Committee at the Ministry of Finance.

The Department of Astrology and Space Sciences in Kuwait Science Club has announced that the first day of the month of Dhul- Hijja (12th month in the Islamic lunar calendar) for the year 1437 AH will be on Sept 2, 2016; so Arafat Day (ninth day of Dhul-Hijja) will fall on Sept 10, 2016 and the first day of Eid Al-Adha will be on Sept 11, 2016.
