Pakistani biker killed in hot chase by drunk Kuwaiti man
Update, the murderer of the Pakistani motorist tried to commit suicide by attempting to cut his veins, he was rushed to the hospital and additional charges were recorded.
Police have arrested a 46-year-old Kuwaiti for allegedly ‘murdering’ a 30-year-old Pakistani, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the victim, identified as Faisal, riding on a motorbike with his brother, was deliberately chased and run over by the Kuwaiti.

KD 3 license fee for building parking sheds
Head of the Encroachment Demolition Unit at Farwaniya Municipality Khalid Al-Roudhan disclosed that KD 3 is the fee stipulated for issuance of license for building parking sheds outside the confinement of a building, indicating that expatriates are free to secure this permit from the Engineering Permits Department.
