After reading in the newspaper that I was required to get a “No Objection” (NOC) to procure a visa for a Pakistani I went to the Interior Ministry in Sharq but they sent me instead to the ministry’s office in Subhan. In Subhan, my application for an NOC was rejected. I want to know as to what I should now. Please advise. My salary is KD 600.
