Article 136: Unauthorized Work

Inspectors can issue violation notices to people working without a fixed workplace (such as street vendors), with police help if needed.
Official text of Article 136
The employees who are authorized to conduct the inspection shall have the authority to issue notices on the committed contraventions by the labourers working without a specific work center, and they shall have, in this respect, the right to seek the assistance of the public authorities and to coordinate with the concerned authorities regarding the goods left by any of the said labourers and whose owners cannot be identified.
