We will be screening Do I Need This?, a documentary that explores consumerism, excess, and the emotional and social drivers behind what we buy and keep.

The one-hour film will be followed by a discussion with:

The discussion aims to unpack how consumer behavior is shaped, how our relationship with “stuff” affects wellbeing, and how more conscious choices can lead to healthier individuals and communities.
